Rachel Boone — A TriLeaf Company
Grow into
who you already are.
Coaching for leaders and professionals navigating transition, purpose, and meaningful work — with honesty, warmth, and a lot of really good questions.

A Gentle Welcome
Meaningful work begins with
knowing yourself.
Many people spend years building successful careers or businesses only to look up one day and realize they no longer feel connected to the work they do — or the person they've become.
If any of that resonates, you're in a good place. Coaching isn't about becoming someone different. It's about uncovering who you already are and learning to lead, work, and live from that place with more confidence and clarity.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is becoming more fully yourself.

How This Work Evolved
From consulting
to coaching.
Rachel spent years helping business owners solve strategic and operational challenges through Rachel Boone Consulting. Over time, a pattern kept emerging: the hardest questions weren't really about the business.
They were about the person leading it. Their identity. Their capacity. Their season of life. Their relationship with their own work.
Rachel Boone Coaching grew naturally from that realization — the same care and experience, now focused on the humans behind the leadership.
Coaching Philosophy
Transformation doesn't come from
someone else's answers.
It comes from creating the space to ask better questions, discover your own strengths, and move forward with intention.
Every person carries within them the ability to grow, adapt, and create meaningful change. Rachel's role is to walk alongside you — offering guidance, perspective, encouragement, and accountability as you navigate life's transitions and opportunities.
- 01You already carry what you need. Coaching helps you see it.
- 02Better questions produce better decisions — and better lives.
- 03Growth is not a straight line, and it doesn't have to be.
- 04Being fully yourself is the most powerful thing you can offer the world.

A Note From Rachel
"I've spent most of my life curious about how people think, communicate, and grow. What I've learned is simple: people don't usually need someone to tell them what to do. They need someone who will help them hear themselves clearly."
"That's what I try to offer — thoughtful questions, a steady presence, and honest belief in what's possible for you."
