"Working at TriLeaf was great. It gave me real world experience and helped me meet some great people. I feel that this sort of program is important because employers value real world experience above most qualifications and TriLeaf Designs is one of the few places in the Saint Louis area that provides young graduates the opportunities they need to succeed in the workplace."
One of the great things about working for the TriLeaf Designs’ family is the opportunity for growth throughout the company. As often as possible we try
to promote from within, or from those we have worked with in the past. Only in the event that no one within the company is a good fit for the position,
or there is an immediate need to fill the position, will we search outside of the company.
Our internships play a major role in that process. Currently we are not seeking to fill a particular position; however, we are welcoming intern applications. If you are interested in our internship program please check out the information below on how to get the process started. For up to date information on our ongoing search for rockstar team members, please follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn so we can keep you posted!
Experiences through which students can apply their academic knowledge in a work setting is a vital component of any education. At TriLeaf Designs we understand that. Which is why we open up our office to a wide range of motivated individuals through our Internship Program. The program is developed to work within the University system and drives students to receive school credit first and foremost. If credit is not obtainable either through their program, or because of graduation, acceptation will be made with the emphasis that the internship is an educational experience geared toward a meaningful learning experience in the intern's area of study. During the internship, interns get the opportunity to delve deeper into their career field and are encouraged to suggest projects and voice skills they would like to learn. Our team does their best to provide a hands-on learning approach that expands the intern's knowledge while creating projects that fit their development needs. Overall the internship program gives real-world experience that provides every intern a head-start in their careers.
