Karaoke

I feel the need to warn my reading audience that I am a lover and frequent performer of the art of Karaoke. Karaoke is an engaging group activity happening at restaurants all over the world. It usually involves massive quantities of alcohol, a creepy moderator, flashing lights, and a huge selection of hit and not so hit songs. It is my belief that the reason Glee and American Idol are so popular is because of the American fascination with the rock and roll lifestyle. Karaoke gives you a brief shot at personal stardom. So finish your beer, crank the volume to eleven, and let out your inner Jimmy Page.
