Annual Fundraiser
May 9, 2011 No CommentsThe Human Service Center of Southern Metro East is asking for your help! HSC will be holding our annual fundraiser at Lae-Nae Winery in Red Bud on Thursday, June 2, 2011.
Services that HSC offers for the community include- Development training for people with developmental disabilities, group living services for people with a chronic mental illness or a developmental disability, mental health and substance abuse counseling, crisis intervention services and community support services, psychiatric and outreach services for older adults with a mental illness, and supportive services for children and parents. Our agency is a multi service organization serving people with a wide variety of service needs through three remotely distant (Red Bud, Chester, Sparta) office locations in a rural county in Illinois situated roughly 35 miles from St. Louis.
In May 2010, the auction was a great success with over 200 people attending the first year event. The number in attendance surpassed our expectations for a first year event. The evening included a silent auction, games, grab bags, food and entertainment. Please consider becoming a sponsor for our fundraiser. Sponsors help make our event possible through in-kind donations and contributions. Proceeds will benefit our Endowment Fund.
Your sponsorship will bring exposure to your business among members in our community. If sponsorship is not an option, monetary contributions or an in-kind donation option is also available. We realize the difficult economic times and would be appreciative of any donation you may be able to forward. We will advertise your organization on the silent auction bid sheets, newspaper advertisement, and will recognize your company as the donor when the winner of the auction item is announced.
