I was cleaning out a laundry basket in my room today and came across a few of my old issues of a gaming magazine that I subscribe to. And it struck me, every month millions across the globe switch up the game they play every month. I understand the variety is the spice of life but lets look at the facts here. For instance, if you buy a sixty-nine dollar piece of software, and only use it for about twenty to thirty hours would it really be worth it, especially when that product has eighty to ninety hours of functionality? The love of a gamer is a fickle beast, indeed. If a high budget game has a bunch of bugs it can be forgiven because it is such a “good” game. Shouldn’t a game be good from the onset, from its release? I know it is all a matter of preference but why does it seem that every month people switch their focus to something new? What ever happened to beating a game before you moved on to another?

P.S.: this article uses the word gamer in reference to the “hardcore” gamer.

Deodorant, shampoo, all of it was somehow either poisoning us or stopping a natural process in the human body. So when I asked her what she was planning to do about it, she told me that she was going to stop using those products, instead opting to use natural ingredients to make her own. So here’s the question: how much more effective is that, and is it really healthier in general if it still does the same thing the manufactured products do?
