What’s Going On In The Business Department

Here at TriLeaf Designs, the Business Department handles multiple tasks. We recently completed composing the Employee Handbook. We have also established a credit card processing system. Now TriLeaf Designs can accept credit card payments from its clients. This has greatly helped our clients and us.

A typical day in the Business Department starts with handling the invoices for the day. First, we track who paid what and how they paid. We keep good records here at TriLeaf Designs. Typically, clients who wish to pay via credit card will phone us and speak with the Business Department. Then, we send out letters to anyone with overdue invoices. We do not enjoy doing this, but it is a necessity, and we are proud that our clients have been very good with their prompt remittance. The Business Department also checks BNI weekly for networking. TriLeaf Designs thrives on word-of-mouth and networking.

We also post internships and full-time jobs on the Internet. TriLeaf Designs is a relatively new company and is constantly working and growing. We have connections to several schools and employment websites that post our opportunities. We are looking forward to the future and are enjoying the process of growing.
