There
July 12, 2011 No CommentsSo one adjustment I’ve encountered in my post-college life is that I now have to actively work to keep myself informed on the goings-on of the world. I no longer have professors reminding me that there is a world beyond the campus grounds. So how do I handle the responsibility of keeping myself informed? I visit my app store and find an app for that! Just a few days ago, I found an app that makes this task a breeze. Pulse News is a wonderful app that “takes your favorite websites and transforms them into a colorful and interactive mosaic.” And best of all it’s FREE.
We all lead busy, hectic lives. This app takes the hassle out of keeping up with the news. After downloading the app, I quickly went to work on setting up my pages in an organized fashion. My homepage is all serious; with news articles from CNN, Fortune, and the Wall Street Journal. My second page is all business articles which keep me informed of all the happenings in the business world. My other pages are organized by categories; with pages for fashion, food, and celebrity gossip. \r\n\r\nWhile some sit down with a newspaper while eating breakfast, I sip my coffee and peruse this app. I start my day with articles from multiple news sources. It’s easy, it’s free, and it’s fun! Try it out!
