Art & Trash: Green Printers

March 11, 2011 No Comments

Green printers are usually certified. They will recycle and reuse all the materials that they can and waste as little as possible. Green printers should also have a way to manage their waste. Their printers will typically be newer because it wasn’t until recently that green printing became a bigger issue. Their inks will be used to the fullest of their potential and the inks that they do use will be the most beneficial to the environment over other printers. They may even also suggest ways you can cut down on your own waste and of course will request or should request that you are using both sides of the paper.
